Individual bites of filet, coated in a mushroom duxelles, and wrapped in puff pastry.

Spinach Salad

Baby Spinach topped with egg, water chestnuts, candied bacon, diced tomatoes, red onion, and tossed with

our warm bacon vinaigrette.


Main Course

Summer Flat Iron

Perfectly seasoned Flat Iron steak, fanned out around Black Truffle’d smashed potatoes, topped with fresh Pico de Gallo, French-fried onions, and a drizzle of Chimichuri.


Apple Butter BBQ’d Chops

Tender Indiana pork chops, bone in, wood grilled & glazed with our peach infused BBQ sauce, on a bed of fresh apple butter, topped with a grilled peach segment, serve  alongside a bed of roasted garlic smashed potatoes, and fresh green beans.


Sea Bass

Sea Bass seared & roasted with a maple vinaigrette glaze, over a bed of smashed potatoes, and broccolini.
